ICAN Early Talk 0-5
Early Talk is a highly successful training and accreditation programme aimed at the early years workforce in partnership with parents. It supports the communication skills of children from birth to age 5. Early Talk provides a suite of three training modules that enables you, through a range of strategies and techniques, to support all young children’s communication skills.
Can be a one-day course or split across shorter sessions.
ICAN Talking Tots
The aim of Tots Talking is to improve communication skills in two-year-olds. This is done by sharing information with parents and carers and encouraging use of language and behaviours which research suggests supports children in talking and understanding words. Examples include turn-taking, sharing the child’s interest and adding on to children’s comments.
